Our family, especially me, would like to personally thank all those who helped as 1st response teams and engine companies who responded to the Jul. 13, 2011 fire at Hempfield Towers, Apt. 914. I want to especially thank the Fireman who carried my Mum, Jill Glasener, down 9 flights of stairs to an awaiting Medi-Vac - flying to Mercy Hosp. in PGH.

Y'all gave me 10 days with my Mum for me to love her to healing one way or another. Although her healing became the "ULTIMATE HEALING" by moving to her new "Heavenly Zip Code" - Jill was responding fairly quickly and was alert to be able to know that she is loved by her family and friends in the Apts. I am so sorry this accident happened, she was not careless to start the fire ( a suspicious heating blanket may be the culprit) - but in her panic, she still had the heart to fight the smoke / fire to try to save her "baby" - Diva - her cat.

Thank you all again for your self-lessness and the calling you respond to every time the alarm chimes for those who need your help! May you all feel blessed by God's healing hands and perfect Peace on all of your calls - as well as the residuals of heartfelt sadness when not all can be saved - even by the best in your abilities or in the Dr.s abilities. When u look up in the heavens above, wait for the wind - it just may be the Lord's breath upon you to give you courage and grace!

Thank you again! Sincerely, Stormy B. - Jill's daughter
